When Lung Phor Lindum took a sip, he immediately spat back the oil into the cup. The owner of house saw the incident and thinking that Luang Phor Lindum had blessed the oil, took it as medication for his son. His son was cured of the illness after being applied with the oil. The news of the miraculous cure was spread far and wide. Thereafter, the people started calling him "Oor Chik" (in Chinese means "Black Tongue").
